Administrative/Data Coordinator Homeless Services

Start date Monday May 14th, Interviewing Friday 5/4
1st 12weeks will be part time 27 hrs/week.
After 12 weeks will become FT 40 hrs./week
Act as the public face of the organization by managing the reception area. receiving visitors, & effectively communicating programs & services by phone, mail, e-mail & in person
Process organization mail & bills, schedule appointments & meetings & generate internal & external communications
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, scheduling repairs as needed
Ensure tidy upkeep of reception area, trash & order office supplies.
Display a positive attitude & show concern for people & community
"People person" able to effectively communicate & build relationships with people from a range of cultures & backgrounds
The non profit's mission is to enable homeless & low income people who are in crisis to achieve stability & long term self sufficiency.
Offering supportive services including financial help with rent & utilities, food assistance, & subsidized housing
Looking for a BA n Social Work, or Crisis Counseling
Experience working with management software (Preferably Apricot)
Able to work every Monday evening & occasional weekend events (4-5 per year)
