Job Description

  • 20 remote, bilingual call center agents
  • Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish
  • There are also openings for English Speakers ($15.50 hourly)
  • Previous call center experience - 1 year +
  • Prefer someone who has worked at home previously
  • Must haves include:
  • High speed Internet - will be speed tested
  • Computer hard wired by Ethernet cable .  Just wifi is NOT acceptable
  • Camera on computer
  • Quiet space in which to work at a desk or table
  • Position begins the end of August
  • Extensive background screening
  • First 4 weeks are training - NO time can be missed during training
