Job Description

  • Provide high quality therapy to assigned caseload
  • Conducts intake assessments to collect necessary background information, assess medical & clinical status of clients, establish appropriate diagnosis according to DSM-5 standards & definitions
  • Determines needs to be addressed & the level of therapy required, including consultation with other clinical staff
  • Develops treatment plans based on intake & diagnosis to establish clear & measurable goals & objectives for client treatment based on intake & diagnosis
  • In school setting, interfaces & collaborates with school staff as needed
  • Performs duties as assigned
  • Dundalk location
  • Direct hire salary based on years of experience $71-$85k Annual
  • Sign on bonus offered
  • Bilingual and fully licensed

Job Requirements

Must be bilingual Master Degree from an accredited college approved by the board

LMSW/LCSW-C Master's Degree in Social Work

LGPC/LCPC Master's Degree in Psychology or counseling

LCSW-C or LCPC

Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in providing behavioral health services

LMSW or LGPC licensed & works while receiving weekly supervision
