• Experience - 3 years Information Systems as an Analyst
• OR - 7 years working in Information Systems.

• Education - Bachelors or Masters in Information Systems, Accounting,
• Finance, Economics or Business Administration.

• Hardware and Ops Support - Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshooting.  
• Liaison between business units and vendors
• Daily facilities management meetings
• Advanced troubleshooting of hardware issues

• Required skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite and applications
• Lead and influence
• Critical thinking and decision making skills
• Ability to climb ladders and access tight spaces
• Superb customer service
