Human Resources Manager
Our company is currently in search of a seasoned and innovative Human Resources Manager to become a key part of our team. In this role, you will have the responsibility of overseeing all facets of human resources practices and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy
- Lead the recruitment and selection process
- Support present and future business needs by fostering, motivating, and retaining human capital
- Create and oversee HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures company-wide
- Foster a positive work environment
- Manage a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance
- Administer pay plan and benefits program
- Evaluate training needs and oversee training programs
- Deliver management reports and offer decision support using HR metrics
- Handle Payroll Processing and Benefits Administration
- SPHR, SHRM-CP, PHR, SCP certifications are a plus
Requirements:
- Demonstrated work experience as an HR Manager
- Proven experience utilizing human resources metrics
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases
- Ability to design strategy along with strong leadership capabilities
- Outstanding active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or a related field
