Job Description

  • 40 hours weekly, some overtime.
  • 3-5 years of general maintenance experience
  • 2-4 years of PTAC and AC maintenance
  • Proficient with hand and power tools
  • EPA Certification for HVAC Systems and Universal Certificate preferred
  • Conducts general inspections and reports to the Director
  • Ability to move and lift 50 pounds
