Position: Non-Profit Housing Associate (2 Openings)

Job Summary:

• Support the daily operations of a non-profit housing organization
• Coordinate and implement affordable housing programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective delivery of housing services
• Conduct research and analyze data related to housing policies and regulations
• Manage waiting lists and application processes
• Provide administrative support including record maintenance and communication management
• Experience in Dept. of Aging Recertification is required

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in non-profit organizations or affordable housing sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management
• Passion for social justice and housing equity
